Ali is 19 years old and graduated Al/worood private school in
2011 with 90% average and he joined the Higher colleges of Technology and
graduated from the same college and he wants to join ADIC (Abu Dhabi Investment
Council).Ali was interviewed in applying to be a manager in our company Abu
Dhabi Investment Council; he interviewed with Mr. Hedley. Ali lives in the capital of
the united Arab Emirates,Abudhabi.
His goals in the company are to gain big experience and get
the master’s degree from the Higher Colleges of Abu Dhabi
Ali’s hobbies are Football,
Cars and Movies like comedy and action and some romantic movie.
During our questions I asked him are you creative and his
answer was I will not judge me.
About his night shift working he said that it is depressing
and he doesn’t like to work at night. While Ali gave us his application we
found that he has good results for managing to be hired in the company and he
told us in the interview that he hope to help people who work with him and he
told us, I don’t work with people I work with my brothers in the company
